Cindy Lutini's Pasta For Life
If you’ve never had authentic fresh pasta, then you’re in for a real treat!
About Pasta for Life
What started as a labor of love for friends and family has grown into Lake Oconee's very own authentic fresh pasta shop.
Philosophy
At Cindy Lutini's Pasta for Life, we strive for perfection…in the quality of our finest imported ingredients, in the way we hand-grind our meats and in the way we insist that everything is truly made from scratch.
About Cindy
Cindy moved from Naples, Florida to Eatonton in 2005 and it didn't take long for word to spread about her cooking, particularly her homemade pasta and ravioli. She would produce pasta creations in her home kitchen and email friends to let them know what was on the menu. The list grew, and in 2008, she decided to start her own business, making and selling over-the-counter pasta and Italian specialties such as lasagna, cannelloni and ravioli.
About the Shop
Cindy Lutini's Pasta for Life is unique in that it does not offer typical in-house dining (see Private Room), but sells the freshly made pasta and sauces from its kitchen Tuesdays through Saturdays. In addition to countless pasta creations, Cindy Lutini's sells imported meats and cheeses, homemade sausage and a selection of wine chosen to compliment the food.
Operating hours are 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. 706-923-2950.
About the Name
Cindy Shultz is the owner/operator of Cindy Lutini's Pasta for Life, so who is Cindy Lutini? “Lutini” is derived from Shultz's nickname “Cindy Lou.” “People would ask each other, ‘Have you tasted Cindy Lou's pasta?'” Shultz said. She wanted to come up with an Italian-sounding name for the shop so Cindy Lou's became Cindy Lutini's.
