Our Meatballs are hand-rolled to remain light and fluffy. The pork is ground to an appropriate consistancy, then mixed with a generations-old spice mixture including fresh bread crumbs and eggs. Bolognese is the traditional long-simmered Northern Italian Ragu. We cook Italian ground pancetta with vegetables, then add hand ground beef that is neither browned nor stewed. And, we ALWAYS simmer our sauce in milk before adding tomatoes. This gives the finished product its creamy texture and delicate taste. We suggest the traditional accompaniment of fresh tagliatelle.

We accept and encourage you to bring in your favorite lasagna pan or casserole dish. We will assemble- you take home ready to bake. Priced by the pound at $11.50 – seafood $15.50.

And for that special occasion, we can provide Cantinetta Lutini- a boutique wine villa- connected to the pasta shop. We will suggest a menu or prepare one of your choices for that special celebration.
